This one seems intresting, zero day targeting US defence contractors, including lockheed & mantech. Intrestingly this one uses same payload as CVE-2010-3654 Flash zero day vulnerability did and as such has quite high detection rate

Computer stuff, sorta, mostly, at first, well what ever I happen to find useful or interesting.

Tweetdeck, no easy to change password? Why?
Well apparently the only way to change password on tweetdeck is to download the desktop client, and click recover password from there. Why on earth they did not implement a recover password/change password on the main site or other apps is beyond me.

That did not take long...
Around 16.11.2011 Microsoft began silently rolling out DAE/AP2.5 update to your Xbox360 console if you were connected to live as it was not deployed by conventional SystemUpdate/TitleUpdate. The difference between this new table and old one appears to be that it is unique to each and every console.
However, according to C4E this update has enable him to create a "Silver Bullet" that defeats DAE/AP2.5 completely. So that's around whole 3 days it took to defeat Microsoft latest pirate counter-measure.

Backtrack 5 repositories in Ubuntu/Ubuntu repositories in Backtrack 5
Instead of install backtrack repositories in Ubuntu I highly recommend installing Backtrack 5 and activating Ubuntu repositories in it, and here is how you do it (thanks to boodoo of Ubuntu community)
- Change the password if you have not already done so
- apt-get install synaptic
- In synaptic select the ubuntu 10.04 repositories
- apt-get update
- apt-get upgrade
- And done, you now have Ubuntu 10.04 repositories in your Backtrack 5 installation. How ever you have to remember since Backtrack 5 is build on Ubuntu 10.04 you won't be getting unity or anything else introduced in Ubuntu 11.04
- If you so choose you can install software-center to help with application installation.
